All I want for Christmas is ...

Yes, it has finally happened! Sammy lost is his first tooth. His itty bitty baby teeth were so freakishly out of proportion with the rest of him that even my mother, his adoring grandmother started to make fun! And for his troubles the tooth fairy gave him $1, which instantly started burning a hole in his pocket. At first he thought he'd wait out 11 more teeth for a new 200 piece puzzle. Then scrounging up 4 quarters from his piggy bank for a muffin seemed much more satisfying, even though we told him he didn't have to buy his own food yet.
